Price includes one standard draped table per company, 2026 Rochester Travel Professionals membership and an opportunity for interested vendors to stand up in front of the group for a short introduction of themselves and product/s.

•  ​ 4:30 pm-5:45 pm Setup Time (you may come and set up anytime between 4:30 pm-5:45 pm).

• 5:15 pm-6:00 pm Member Reception: appetizers, drinks and mingle

• 6:00 pm-6:30 pm Vendor Programming Session 1-Begins-first 10 vendors will introduce themselves and product/s

• 6:30 pm-7:00 pm break-time for agents to visit vendors tables and ask follow-up questions-30 min.
